Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 Review

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 review

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is an entertaining shooter game for the Xbox 360 counsel and it is rated M for mature. A significant sequel to the previous modern warfare games, Modern Warfare 3 carries the epic storyline throughout the series leading up to the tremendous battle between the nations. Since the game is obviously all about warfare, you need to play as soldiers from different areas that all have one objective: defeat the bas**rd named Makarov of Russia. In order to achieve the objective, you must dodge bullets and sneak through enemy lines to defend the objective.

E3 Recap: Microsoft Press Conference

Hey gamers, Chris_sez here with some recap about the Microsoft Press Conference.  Overall, this was amazing, but it did have some boring parts to it.  It was a great two hours watching about the new games on the Xbox 360, the improved use of the Kinect voice commands, and what we can expect for the Xbox 360.  Just to tell y'all, all the games talked about during the press conference won't be mentioned in this article (I missed a little bit of this).  Time to end this introduction, and jump into this recap.

Sonic Generatios Review

Sonic Generations Review

Sonic Generations is a new game for everyone who likes to play as the little blue blur for their Xbox 360. It is a single player game that allows gamers to play as classic Sonic (Sonic from the past) or Modern Sonic (Sonic today). The objective is to race through different levels that have appeared in previous sonic games. From the Green Hill Zone in the first Sonic the Hedgehog game to the last addition of Planet Wisp in Sonic Colors. In this game, every Sonic fan can relive the memories they’ve had of Sonic in the past as they battle old foes and dash through every stage. Although The Blue Blur has been struggling from his disappointments in the franchise, will this game get him back on his feet? Let’s find out in this review of Sonic Generations.

Dead or Alive 5

Dead or Alive 5 is definitely....different.

Zack vs Lei Fang
Apparently Zack has a new outfit O.o

Christie vs Bay Man
It seems like Christie is back again
and Bay Man certainly looks different.

Ayane vs Hitomi
This fight looks pretty wicked and insane.
Metal, cars, and (I believe) a bus are
 being thrown everywhere.

Even though Dead or Alive 5 is far from
the norm of an average fighting
video game, I still can't can't wait to get it.

When Shall We See A Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Review?

Hey gamers, this is Chris_sez with an update.  As of today, Sonic the Hedgehog 4 Episode ii is out for both systems and mobile with the added bonus of Episode Metal.  I thought about this game for a while, since my birthday is around the time of the release dates.  When shall DirectGamers do a review for Sonic 4?  The answer is we don't know.  Sorry guys and gals, but in order to complete this classic era, Sonic 3 and Knuckles (as 1 game) has to be reviewed beforehand.  Also, more likely I won't be doing the Sonic 4, the game as a whole, review because I don't have any of the next gen systems and there is not enough space on my iPod to buy and install those games; I already know about Steam, but my computer does not fit any of the requirements (I know, that sucks).  From what I've seen on YouTube due to the Steam leak of the game, the game looks fantastic.  Graphics definitely look better from Sonic 4 Episode i, and I love the music in the game.  I just read Game Informer's review of the game, and I honestly disagree with them entirely.  To me, Sonic 4, as a whole, pays homage to the classics and attempts to become the final slot in the classic era.  Well that's an update for y'all; more news, previews, and reviews will be on the way.  Not every review will be a Sonic game.  Furthermore, don't forget to check out our Twitter page at https://twitter.com/DirectGamers.

Game on!!!!

Gears of War Review

The game developed by Epic Games and published by Microsoft Game Studios. It was initially released as an exclusive title for the Xbox 360 in November 2006 in North America, Australia, and most of Europe. It focuses on the troops of Delta Squad as they fight a desperate, last-ditch attempt to save the remaining human inhabitants of the fictional planet Sera from a relentless and virtually unstoppable subterranean enemy known as the Locust Horde. The player assumes the role of Marcus Fenix, a former prisoner and war-hardened soldier. The game is based on the use of cover and strategic fire for the player to advance through the scenarios; a second player can play cooperatively through the main campaign to assist. The game also features several online multiplayer game modes for up to eight players.

Gears of War 3 Review

If you're into shooters but the ones you've played don't have enough blood & gore... I feel bad for you, I mean you should check this out. Gears of War 3 was released September 20, 2011, rated M for mature. Developed by Epic Games and published by Microsoft Studios exclusively for the Xbox 360. This game is completely high-def and 3D compatible, you can kick butt alone or with up to 10 people on Xbox live. Gears 3 is way different from its predecessors by letting you play as the Locust(the bad guys), and with more weapons than before.
